TFX PROVIDES A HASSLE-FREE MONTHLY PAYMENT SYSTEM.
Payments are taken by direct debit on the 1^st (or next working day) of each month

HOW IS THE MONTHLY FEE CALCULATED?

We total the cost of 42 weeks of classes and divide it across 12 months. This keeps your monthly payment the same, even during holiday breaks. You’ll get an email before each payment is collected.

WANT TO ADD OR DROP A CLASS?

Adding a class: Let us know, and your next payment will adjust automatically.
If added mid-month, we’ll pro-rate the cost.
Dropping a class: Your payment will be reduced from the next billing cycle as long as appropriate notice has been given.

HOW TO STOP CLASSES

To cancel your child’s classes, we require one month’s written notice by email as detailed in our Terms and Conditions. The advance payment made when joining will cover this notice period.

For example if you cancel in writing on the 10^th of October your child may continue attending classes until the 10^th November and no further payments will be taken after this date. You will receive an email confirmation once your Direct Debit has been cancelled.
Please note: if a payment has already been processed, that months fees will still be taken.

IF A CLASS IS CANCELLED BY TFX

Cancelled classes will be rescheduled to ensure you still receive 42 weeks of lessons per year.

JOINED MID-MONTH?

Your first payment will cover the classes left that month plus one month’s class fees in advance. This advance payment acts as your notice period when stopping a class.
After that, you’ll switch to the regular monthly payment from the 1st.
Example: Start in January with two classes left that month? You’ll just pay for those 2 classes and 1 month in advance, then move to the standard rate from February.
