On Saturday, March 25th, TFX Performance Company took to the stage to open the first “Stars In Their Eyes” event held at the Kingsmills Hotel to raise funds for SNAP.
It was a brilliant evening and a huge success!
The event was inspired by 90’s hits show that saw the guests transform into their favourite stars!
Our students have worked hard over the last couple of months with their choreographer Claire Darcy to create a ‘Legend’ inspired number including hits by Queen & Elton John.
We were also delighted to include two of SNAPs students Orla & Courtney to join in the routine and they did a fabulous job!!
The acts had the crowd going wild using a Clapometer created by the SNAP children to cast their votes.
The overall winners were Steve & Sophie!
Huge congratulations to you both!
The evening raised a staggering £33,000 which will go a long way in increasing the ability of the charity to provide much needed resources for supporting children & adults in Inverness who have additional needs.
We’re very proud of the students of TFX both for their performance at the Inverness Highland Heroes event but also their professionalism. They have done an amazing job and made us and the community proud.
