A whole year of Musical Theatre training!
TFX Performing Arts Academy is calling for young talent as it announced that a musical theatre scholarship is up for grabs!
TFX Performing Arts Academy is working once again in partnership with The Inverness Courier to provide two musical theatre scholarships – one of which has been awarded to one of their best performing students and one which will be open to the public.
The winners of these scholarships will receive a years’ worth of musical theatre classes at the longest running theatre school in the Highlands.
At the end of their annual show at Eden Court, it was announced that Jessica was the winner of the new Most Promising Performer Award.
This will be an annual award given to a student who has shown professionalism, confidence and in the words of Mrs Robertson “is one to look out for in the future”.
There is one other scholarship up for grabs – TFX are taking submissions for this scholarship until July 31.
One of the previous winners of the scholarship Alicia Curtis – who is currently training at Performers College UK in Essex – said: “My time at TFX was imperative to the person I am today.
“Not only did it help give me the skills I needed to further my education, it gave me so many other life skills too.”
