Le Grand Ballet Classique is a study programme recommended for students aged 11 upwards and is the follow-on to Ballet Classique.
Students work on projects and collect the Grand Classique Rose Award coins.
Projects include further developing challenges first looked at in Ballet Classique.
For example, designing a mask, studying anatomy, designing a show programme, writing about an exam experience, helping in a Melody Bear class, watching a senior student class, writing about a hobby such as music, sport or drama or making a dance scrapbook.
Students’ skills are shared and celebrated.
Three Rose Coins are collected and displayed in the Grand Classique shield. Six coins are available for students to collect.
