The RAD offers an internationally-recognised portfolio of examinations and assessments designed to encourage, motivate and reward students of all ages and abilities, outlining a progressive structure for learning and achievement in dance.
Students start with the Pre-Primary and Primary levels and then into Graded levels and pointe work.
Around the world, RAD exams are recognised for their quality, and each year, nearly a quarter of a million candidates across the globe choose to take their dance exams with the Royal Academy of Dance.
The RAD Ballet teacher at TFX is Miss Stephanie Wie-Harris, (RAD RTS CBTS, RAD CBTS MENTOR, AISTD DISCO/FREESTYLE, ISTD DDE MODERN, TAP & BALLET, ACROBATIC ARTS CERTIFIED TEACHER, PROGRESSING BALLET TECHNIQUE, NC DANCE PERFORMANCE RAD)
TFX and our students are extremely luck to have Miss Stephanie as we are all privileged to learn from her enormous wealth of knowledge and experience and have her as a mentor.
The RAD ballet term is split between Tuesdays and Sundays each term in order to fit in as much syllabus knowledge as possible.
Students will be updated each term in advance on what days the classes will fall.
